At Let Us Pretend, every item is lovingly handcrafted and personalised especially for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please note:

  • All orders are final and non-refundable once confirmed, as production begins immediately upon receipt of your order.
  • We strongly encourage you to double-check all personalisation details (names, dates, spellings, colours) before completing your purchase.
  • In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
  • If you have made an error in your personalisation details, please contact us as soon as possible at susie@letuspretend.com  We cannot guarantee amendments once production has begun, but we will of course try out best.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as work begins immediately. If you have an urgent concern, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
