Over The Rainbow Cape
A true show stopped of a cape. Wear the rainbow, this capes is made of layers of net, rouched to create a true knock out of a cape. The cape is backed with a cotton drill fabric and ties with a red cotton neck tie.
This is a very free fitting garment, but if you feel like you might need extra room please add into notes and we can accomedate this.
